Shipping & Handling
Georgia Mills offers FREE SHIPPING on all of our products unless you recieved a volume quote, you live outside the Continental US, or your order is under $50. Orders under $50 will incur a $10 flat rate shipping charge. If you live outside the Continental US (including Hawaii or Alaska), you will be notified by e-mail of the additional costs involved before your order is placed with the mill. Once you have been notified of the additional costs, you will have the opportunity to accept these costs, or reject them and cancel your order.
Any additional fees created by customer such as change in address after order has shipped, refusal of delivery and any additional inside delivery or services are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for all charges and we will be charged in the original method of payment for these charges.
Canadian Shipments
For Canadian shipments, we can sometimes offer the free shipping if possible but each individual order needs to be looked at to determine if any thing extra is needed to place the order. If there is additional shipping we will notify you of the charges before processing the order. All customs, duties and brokerage fees that may apply after delivery are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Orders
Any custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed, and are non-returnable. Fibreworks Area Rugs are all made to order and considered to be custom with an approximate 3 week lead time for production. All custom sizes or stock sizes from other manufacturers are approximate, and typically have a plus or minus size tolerance of 3%-5%. Volume Discounts and Quotes
When receiving a volume quote the free shipping no longer applies nor do any additional discounts or promotions. When receiving a volume quote, the shipping is listed on your quote and broken out of the product cost to give you the best possible price.
Free shipping and discount codes only apply to products listed on the website, and may not apply to sale or clearance items. We do our best to offer the best possible discounts we can on volume orders and we list everything for you to compare costs.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept checks online, or by mail sent to the address below. Please note that all online or mailed checks must be cleared before orders can be processed. Typically all checks process within 5-7 business days.

Purchase Orders
We do accept purchase orders with proper credit reference and approval of purchase order. All terms are net 15 days from delivery of product. There is also a $500 minimum for all purchase orders. All purchase orders and checks must be made payable to DB Industrial Supply, LLC and sent to our business address above.
Samples
If you would like to see a sample of a product you are interested in purchasing, please send an email to [email protected] with your complete shipping address, product name and collection/color of the sample you would like to see.
All Fibreworks and Infinity samples are sent out free of charge (maximum is 6 samples). All other samples incur a charge that is refundable upon return minus shipping charges. All manufacturers charge differently for samples, please email us to inquire.
Returns
Please contact customer service via email or phone for an RMA# and return instructions. Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery. If for any reason it is longer than 15 days, returns will not be accepted. Product must not be used and in original packaging.
Many of our rugs such as Fibreworks and Colonial Mills products are made to order and therefore non-returnable. We recommend requesting samples for these products prior to ordering.
There are no restocking fees on orders under $500.00 in value. Any orders over $500.00 may be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fees vary from mill to mill and you will be alerted of this charge before your return is authorized. Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 business days after the return is received. If shipping was charged on your order, you will be refunded for the product only, not the shipping charge.
Unless the product is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Any damaged or defective goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Any custom products or clearance items are not returnable.
DO NOT under any circumstance return your item without an RMA# and return instructions from an authorized Georgia Mills representative. Returning without an authorization can result in items being lost at the mill and/or put back into stock and we will be unable to issue a refund.
Refunds
All refunds issued will be made by the same method of original payment. All refunds must be authorized by Georgia Mills management. Once your refund is authorized, you will be notified via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. If your refund was authorized and it has not appeared on your credit card statement, please contact our customer service department.
Shipping Times
Any orders that are in stock will ship out within 3-5 business days. Any products that are made to order (this includes ALL Fibreworks and CMI products) have a 2-3 week lead time. If your order is time sensitive, please contact our customer service dept. to check stock or inquire about rushing production.
If for any reason your order is taking longer than normal, please feel free to contact our customer service department during normal business hours for an update. We do our best to stay on top of any delays or backorders, however some mills do not alert us of these delays so it is a good idea to give us a call if and when an order is taking longer than normal.
